Lessons learned: App::Packager

Cava Packager provides Cava::Packager as a way to get at resources (and more).

App::Packager is similar, but hides the differences between running from source, a CPAN install, or a packaged (pp, Cava) binary.

By default it exports a single routine, getresource, that usually just DWIMs.
