The Minimal Markup Document System is a set of programs that allow flexible document preparation. Using normal ASCII input text with little or no markup, output can be produced for typesetting and other purposes. It can use the LaTeX typesetting system to produce printed documents. It can also read and create WordPerfect documents to aid in the migration from WordPerfect. It interfaces with previewers for text, DVI and PostScript.

It can produce reports, letters, overhead sheets, brochures, HTML output etc.

It has not been released yet. The current (operational) version is available with Dutch documentation only.
